Getting Started: People & Talent Strategy Roadmap

The first step of our engagement.

This process is designed to be a rapid-turnaround, low-cost project that gives you immediate value and a clear forward direction.

Strategy Roadmapping Fee: $6,500 USD

Phase 1

In the same way good customer research informs product, this step is key to understanding the current state of your business.

  • We’ll work to develop an understanding of your business, current People & Talent Strategy (or lack thereof!), through select 1:1s and audits. This ensures the resulting recommendations are highly relevant and impactful to your team, stage, and specific context.

  • Our team will synthesize our findings and present the People Strategy Roadmap, a customized, detailed action plan to start moving on the highest ROI initiatives. (The Roadmap belongs to you, and your team has the option to execute on the action plan with/without Workflow’s support)

Put the learnings to work.

  • Ship, ship, ship! We’ll build upon the team’s existing strengths and fill in mission-critical gaps

  • We employ a hands-on approach to ensure the long-term sustainability of our initiatives, with the goal of ensuring that your team can carry on the work independently without our support.
