The first step of our engagement.
This process is designed to be a rapid-turnaround, low-cost project that gives you immediate value and a clear forward direction.

In the same way good customer research informs product, this step is key to understanding the current state of your business.
We’ll work to develop an understanding of your business, current People & Talent Strategy (or lack thereof!), through select 1:1s and audits. This ensures the resulting recommendations are highly relevant and impactful to your team, stage, and specific context.
Our team will synthesize our findings and present the People Strategy Roadmap, a customized, detailed action plan to start moving on the highest ROI initiatives. (The Roadmap belongs to you, and your team has the option to execute on the action plan with/without Workflow’s support)
